I LOVE pancakes! I’ve had THIS particular pancake recipe pinned for months and for whatever reason, hadn’t tried it. MAN was I missing out! These were delicious! I didn’t change a thing except I only got 4 pancakes out of it which was fine. It still fit my macros. Below you will find the ingredients but check out the original post for the instructions!
I will say this… they didn’t taste just like your full of flour, carby pancakes but they honestly came pretty close. They looked more like whole wheat pancakes which didn’t bother me in the slightest. But LOOK at how fluffy! Go make them! Now!!
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp stevia (2 packets)
- Butter and syrup (low carb)
